By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our terms and conditions.
We retain the right to terminate any contract of works at our discretion, whether due to violations of these terms or for any other valid reasons. Additionally, by requesting our services, you acknowledge and accept our payment terms and conditions, which will be provided to you prior to the commencement of any work. All invoices are due for payment within the agreed payment terms, as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Failure to make payment within these terms may result in a late fee being applied to your bill. The late fee will be calculated based on the terms provided in your agreement. To protect the health and safety of our staff, we do not work in temperatures exceeding 35°C. Should such conditions arise, work may be postponed or canceled, and clients will be notified accordingly. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse or harassment of our staff. If any of our employees experience abusive behavior from a client or their representatives, the contract will be terminated immediately, and full payment will be requested for services rendered up to that point. Clients are required to communicate through their nominated managers only. Requests for personal employee information or any behavior that causes our staff to feel pressured or unsafe will result in the immediate termination of the contract. We do not handle or clean any bodily waste, including feces, urine, vomit, or menstrual blood. In the case of bathroom cleans, if there is an excessive amount of bodily fluids, we reserve the right to refuse service. For corporate clients, work will only commence once we have received a valid purchase order or a written commitment of funds from the client. No exceptions will be made to this policy. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions resulting from the chemicals or products used during our services. It is the client’s responsibility to notify us in advance if any specific sensitivities exist. For bond cleans, we offer a complimentary 1-hour return clean, limited to a one-time service. This must be scheduled within five business days of the initial clean. We are not responsible for the supervision or safety of children or pets during our attendance at your property. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that appropriate arrangements are made to keep children and pets safe and out of work areas while we perform our services. If applicable, clients must provide cooling, such as air conditioning or fans, if indoor temperatures exceed 28°C. Cooling must be on 15 minutes before our arrival and during the service. If not, we may pause, reschedule, or cancel, with applicable fees. Our quotes are prepared based on the details provided by the client at the time of request. If additional information comes to light or conditions differ, and the scope of work exceeds the original quote, we may issue a revised quote or adjust the work to match the initial quoted amount. Any changes will be discussed and approved before continuing. OXIT PTY LTD will not be held financially responsible for the outcome of any bond or exit report if deficiencies are noted in areas or items outside the scope of our services. Payment in full remains due as per the original agreement, regardless of the report’s findings Any requests for rectification or disputes must be submitted to OXIT PTY LTD within five business days of work completion. After this period, clients are subject to the agreed payment terms, and full payment will be required.
