Bond Cleaning Policy – OXIT PTY LTD

At OXIT PTY LTD, our bond cleaning services are carried out to meet real estate and property management standards, ensuring a stress-free handover for tenants and landlords.

Scope of Work:
Our bond clean includes detailed cleaning of all internal areas:

• Walls, floors, skirting boards, doors, and windows (internal)

• Kitchen (including oven, rangehood, cupboards, and surfaces)

• Bathrooms and toilets (thorough sanitation and descaling)

• Bedrooms, living areas, and laundry (including cupboards and shelves)

• Light fittings, air vents, fans, and switch plates

Exclusions (unless pre-arranged):

• External windows, pressure cleaning, pest control, carpet steam cleaning

• Repairs or removal of permanent stains, marks, or damage

Booking and Payment:

• A quote will be provided before work begins.

• Payment is required upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Guarantee:
We offer a 72-hour satisfaction guarantee. If any area does not meet inspection standards, we’ll return to fix it free of charge—provided we are notified within 72 hours and the property has remained vacant.

Access and Conditions:

• Power and water must be connected at the property.

• All personal belongings must be removed prior to cleaning.

OXIT PTY LTD reserves the right to adjust the scope or pricing if the property is not in a reasonable state for cleaning or if conditions differ from the original quote.
